Buy the system, set it up, and use it. If it doesn't help your family, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your payment in full. You keep anything you've already downloaded. No form to fill in, no "why are you leaving" survey, no hoops.

This is one payment, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and nothing auto-renews. To request a refund, email the support address below from the address you bought with and say you'd like your money back. We aim to process refunds within 3 business days.

We keep data collection to a minimum on purpose. To sell and deliver the system we collect your email and purchase information, and your payment is handled by our payment processor, who receives your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.

The free check runs in your browser and can be downloaded without giving an email. The member workspace stores fixed-choice answers about age band, devices, services, supervision and incident or danger flags, plus setup progress, linked to your account. Do not enter names, messages, images or other identifying details about your child.

We do not sell your data. When advertising measurement is configured, public purchase-funnel events and browser/click identifiers may be sent to Meta. We do not include member answers, child details, email addresses or email hashes in those events. You can request deletion of your account and saved workspace by emailing support. Purchase records may be retained where needed to administer payments and meet applicable obligations.

When you buy, you get a personal license to use the AI-Age Parent Safety System for your own family. Please don't resell it, share your login publicly, or republish the material as your own. That's it.

Read this part. No guide, filter, or setting can promise that a teenager will never see harmful content, never bypass a control, or never borrow someone else's device. What a good setup does is close the easy, common gaps and make the risky stuff much harder to reach by accident, while keeping the conversation open for the things no setting can catch.
